- Identify, evaluate, and pursue revenue-generating opportunities in the multifamily, student housing, and commercial real estate markets
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Present, promote, and sell projects/services to prospective customers
- Collaborate with all departments to analyze, develop, and promote new revenue-generating opportunities
- Work closely with all departments to align offerings with market demands and opportunities
- Visit potential clients to evaluate needs while promoting all FMM offerings
- Attend networking events and industry associations to build and expand relationships
- Plan and execute a daily and/or weekly work schedule to most efficiently reach prospective clients and secure revenue-generating opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain excellent client relationships
- Create and maintain a prospective client list within the FMM customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Make decisions using the 5 values of FMM as your guide: Quality, Teamwork, Pride, Passion, and Integrity
- Turn in all necessary paperwork, bids, receipts, and any other information requested to the administrative staff as required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales/business development role
- Construction Industry or Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- A strong focus on customer relations
- Valid drivers license and clear driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- Ability to travel as required
